Event Summary:

The Education Conference is specifically designed to help FAMILY CAREGIVERS become better equipped to support their loved ones in all stages of dementia. Different topics will be discussed such as:

• Effective Communication Strategies
• Understanding &  Responding to Dementia Related Behaviors 
• Available Community Resources & Services 

The conference will be held at: 

Check in starts at 8:30 AM and the conference will begin at 9 AM and ends at 1 PM. Snacks will be served.
