Alzheimer's Association Advocacy Day 3
West Virginia Capitol

Join us for our third Advocacy Day of the 2013 Legislative Session. Join the Alzheimer's Association and advocates from around the state to educate our Legislative leaders on the needs of individuals and families facing Alzheimer's disease, action they can take to support all affected by this devastating disease, and share your personal story on why tackling Alzheimer's is important to you.

We will start out the day with a brief advocate rally at the Alzheimer's Association office located at 1601 2nd Avenue, Charleston, WV 25487 and car pool to the Capitol building.

Also plan to attend a one hour advocate meeting & training on Friday, February 22 at noon also at the Alzheimer's Association office, if you are not able to make the meeting in person, call-in will be available. Please contact Laurel Kirksey for more information, 304.343.2717 or lkirksey@alz.org. This brief meeting will be utilized to review materials and discuss our advocacy strategy for the upcoming three Alzheimer's Association Legislative Action Days.
