The family of legendary Berks County football coach John Gurski continues his legacy in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association to organize a first class golf outing in his memory to benefit support services for individuals and families, as well as research and care advances to effectively treat and prevent Alzheimer’s disease by 2025… on behalf of the Gurski family, thank you!

Ticket Details:
Individual Golfer registration: $95 per golfer
Golfer Foursome: $375 per foursome
Dinner ONLY: $25 per person
