2015 North Alabama Physician Conference & Golf Tournament
Complimentary entry into an 18-hole golf tournament followed by lunch and CME accredited conference. All day event is free to physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Attendees can participate in just the conference or both the conference and golf tournament.
