We'll applaud the volunteers who made the St. Johnsbury Walk to End Alzheimer's possible; present medals to the newest members of the Champions Club or Grand Champions Club; and recognize the Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's top fundraisers for 2015!

Did you raise $500+ this year? Welcome to the Champions Club! Did you raise $1,000+ this year? Then you are part of the Grand Champions Club! We hope you received your Champions Club medal or Grand Champions Club shirt at the St. Johnsbury Walk to End Alzheimer's. If not, they will be made available at the Wrap Up Celebration.
