The Care & Conquer Conference is the region’s premier conference for caregivers and individuals with early-stage dementia. Featuring internationally renowned dementia experts and providing education, information and support.

Registration: $5

Conference fee includes admission to caregiver and research presentation, refreshments, and conference materials.  Registration fee may be waived for attendees experiencing financial hardship. Please call 800-272-3900 to request a scholarship.

Payment:
For those who prefer not to pay online, checks for $5 made to Alzheimer's Association and turned in at the registration table at the event.  Please write Care & Conquer - North St. Louis on the check memo line.
