Join us as we present the following programs:

Dementia Conversations:

Dementia Conversations is an education workshop offered by the Alzheimer’s Association. This program will offer helpful tips to assist families with difficult conversations related to dementia, including going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.

Effective Communication Strategies:

Effective Communication Strategies is a program provided by the Alzheimer’s Association® that explores how communication takes place when someone has Alzheimer’s disease

Healthy Habits:

To help people age well, the Alzheimer’s Association® is offering the Healthy Habits for a Healthier You program. At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline.
