Calling all of our Team Captains to join us for Team Captain Tuesday!

Join us to reactivate your team, reenergize your fundraising efforts, and pick-up Walk materials such as bracelets, posters, brochures, yard signs, donation canisters & Forget-Me-Not flowers.

 Committee members and top team captains will be available to answer any questions and share tips on buiding a successful Walk team.
It will be a fun evening with light refreshments and raffle prizes!
