On March 27, 2015, the New Orleans Office of the Alzheimer's Association Louisiana Chapter will host our 4th
Annual Author's in Kind Literary Luncheon in New Orleans on the Loyola University campus in the
St. Charles Room. The event features guest authors brought together by a guest Master of Ceremonies for an intimate reception, discussion and
book signing. Guests can meet the authors, have books signed and then enjoy a
luncheon at this historic uptown educational site. During the luncheon, the authors
entertain guests with stories about themselves and the books they've written.
Truly a wonderful way to spend an early afternoon! In past years, such notable
New Orleans literary favorites that have taken part have included Marcelle
Bienvenue, R.Stephanie Bruno, Bob Carr, Robert Jeanfreaux, Carolyn Kolb, Patrice Kononchek, Pamela Lyles and Bonnie Warren.
Our 2015 Author's in Kind, include: Andi Eaton, New Orleans Style; Ronald J. Drez, The War of 1812: Conflict and Deception; Tina Freeman and Morgan Molthrop, Artist Spaces, New Orleans; Laura D. Kelley, The Irish in New Orleans and Zachary Lazar, I Pity the Poor Immigrant
