Please join the Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter as we officially kick-off the 2015 Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's. We'll celebrate our Team Captains, top fundraisers, sponsors and volunteers - and rally the crowd for this year's Walk event at Shelburne Museum. Weather permitting, we'll enjoy drinks and festive hors d'oeuvres in their beautiful courtyard.

You are welcome to bring a guest,  especially someone new to the Alzheimer's Association or the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Please include the number of guests in your RSVP. On-site team registration will be available at the celebration. All present will be eligible to win a deluxe basket of soaps courtesy of Twincraft Skincare.
