Cancellation Policy: 

In the event of a driving or travel advisory in Cheektowaga, or if the Symposium is canceled for any other reason, the conference will be postponed and rescheduled at a later date. PLEASE NOTE: no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend because of road closures in your area, or if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. Substitutions will be allowed and must be arranged by noon the day prior to the rescheduled Symposium by calling the chapter office: 1.800.272.3900.
