Alzheimer's Association invite you to join us for the 2015 Past Team Captain Registration Party. This is a party you don't want to miss!

Reunite with other team captains and enjoy lite refreshments at this fun and informative Walk Kickoff Celebration!  This is a great opportunity to register your team early, pick up Walk materials and get tips to start fundraising!  Alzheimer's Association Staff and the Walk Planning Committee will be available to assist you and answer all of your questions about the Walk.
