Keynote Speaker:  Ms. Clarissa Rentz, MSN, PRN

rentz.jpgClarissa Rentz is a clinical nurse specialist in gerontological, mental health, and psychiatric nursing with over forty years of nursing experience in acute, hospice, and care of individuals with dementing illnesses. Ms. Rentz served as Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Cincinnati Chapter.

A native of Connecticut, Ms. Rentz has authored articles in a number of professional journals, including The Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders and has spoken nationally and internationally.

The Greater Cincinnati Association of Professionals in Aging (APA) named Ms. Rentz its Outstanding Leader in the Field of Aging in 2006. She also received the Florence Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1999.
