Please join the Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter as we celebrate our community's efforts to create a world without Alzheimer's disease. We'll applaud the volunteers who made the Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's possible; present medals to the newest members of the Champions Club and Grand Champions Club; recognize the Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's top fundraisers in three categories - individual, team and company; and announce our fundraising results for 2015!

What: Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's post-walk celebration
Date: Tuesday, November 3, 2015
Time: 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Where: UVM's Waterman Manor, 4th Floor, Waterman Hall Map it
Parking: On site in Waterman faculty lot, handicapped accessible too
Nosh: Hors d'oeurves and cash bar (beer, wine, soft drinks)
Attire: Purple highly encouraged and anticipated

Did you raise $500+ this year? Welcome to the Champions Club! Did you raise $1,000+ this year? Then you are part of the Grand Champions Club! We hope you received your Champions Club medal or Grand Champions Club shirt at the Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer's. If not, they will be made available at the Wrap Up Celebration. There's still time to fundraise and join the ranks of these very special donors!
