Alzheimer's Advocates Urge Action on Alzheimer's Disease
Dear [Decision Maker],
As you may know, Maine Alzheimer's Ambassadors are traveling to Washington, D.C. April 22-24 for the 25th Alzheimer's Association Advocacy Forum. They will join nearly a thousand people with the disease, caregivers and fellow advocates from across the nation to engage in the democratic process and appeal to you for action on Alzheimer's disease. I am writing to join in their appeal and urge you to act decisively for a world without Alzheimer's disease.
Sincerely,[Your Name] [Your Address] [City, State ZIP]
