Support Services for Younger Onset Alzheimer's Patients (H.598)
Dear [Decision Maker],
I am a constituent and I have been impacted by Alzheimer's disease and dementia and that's why I hope you support House Bill 598. There are more than 200,000 individuals in America living with younger onset Alzheimer's or other dementia's. One of many unfortunate aspects to younger onset Alzheimer's is a lack of access to services traditionally available to patients due to their age being below the traditional threshold.
