Rusty was a very special individual. He was bright, fun, caring, skilled, and very successful in his work in Connecticut in the legislature and Westledge school. He was a wonderful friend and a great companion who understood world peace and tried to make a difference in order to create a better world. We will never forget him or his contributions at last beyond his life.
