Joan Marti of Somers, WI passed away at the age of 88 after being diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's in 2018.
She was united in marriage to John C. Marti in 1959. Joan and John enjoyed serving at Somers UCC and traveling the country to visit loved ones in their 5th wheel travel trailer and spending winters in Tucson, AZ. Sadly, John passed away in 2017.
She lived a wonderful life as a lifelong educator and mother of three boys and grandmother to seven granddaughters. Throughout her life Joan thrived on gardening, traveling, and helping others in any way she could.
