Vince passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 26, 2009 at his home in Manhattan Beach.

His friends and family grieve together over the loss of an honest and true father, husband, friend and colleague. He will be missed for his quick wit, his warmth of spirit and his compassion for those around him.

In the spirit of his compassion, his family requests that in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to the MS Society and Alzheimer's Association, two organizations that are working to eradicate diseases that have affected close friends and their families.

Vince will be missed by so many people and for so many years to come.

Please sign the guestbook and make a donation in his honor. Thank you.

I'l miss Vince at our monthly Friday Poker games; his candid banter and smile will be greatly missed. I'll keep Vince and his family in my prayers.

Indeed Vince was a very helpful person. He was willing to share his experience with almost everyone. (Even small details like how to bond a strain gauge on an aluminum plate). I have personally benefitted from his advice.

We lost one of the good guys. You'll be greatly missed.
May peace and comfort be with your family and loved ones always.
Miles
