In 2012 I lost someone very special to me. My grandma Ruby "Bea" Allen was such an amazing and positive lady. She always put others first and was the one who encouraged me to go after my dreams. She battled with ALZ the last years of her life. The disease not only had an impact on my grandma, but on the entire family and it was a struggle to watch her fight with the disease. In her honor, I am running and biking 250 miles in 4 days from Cleveland to Cincinnati Ohio to raise money and awareness to END ALZ. I am asking those who have loved ones battling with ALZ, who have a connection to ALZ, and those who run for a cause to join me along my fight to END ALZ. Together we can make a difference. #ENDALZ

July 7th
7 AM - Leaving from Yellow Springs to run 13.1 miles with me (asking each runner to donate a minimum of $20 as a way to register for the run)
11AM - 12PM Party in Xenia celebrating 13.1 miles and the life of my grandma and raising awareness for ALzheimer's!
