is participating to honor:
all those facing Alzheimer's
On June 21, we the members of Rho Beta Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated are participating in The Longest Day, an event to honor the strength, passion and endurance of those facing Alzheimer's disease. We have planned some fun and engaging activities such as: Yoga, Line Dancing, Arts/Crafts and more. We will offer chair massages for those that are Alzheimer Patient Caregivers. Please choose the time that works best for you and register on our Eventbrite LInk at: https://aka-quelongestday2018.eventbrite.com. In addition, our activities are free an open to the public. Please make a donation on our page. Please request your event ticket by 6/14/18 or while space is available. Please donate to our team. Our goal is $2K.
Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the United States alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. And these numbers will only continue to rise unless we take action.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease they are not alone. Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research and provide care and support to those facing the disease today.
