Jeffrey Freehof better known in the CSRA as "Chef Jeff" has been a foodservice professional for 35 years and has owned 7 restaurants including Cutie Pies and the Garlic Clove both located in Evans.
He has won local and national awards and has been writing for Pizza Today magazine for 16 years and has also served as Personal Chef to CBS' Jim Nantz for 10 years during Masters' week.
Jeff hosted the Italian Thanksgiving feast which was an annual fundraising event for Golden Harvest Foodbank, Colombia County Cares and other local charities where celebrity servers would assist.
Jeff while running his restaurant also served as Pastor at Dunn's
Chapel United Methodist Church in Appling for nearly 8 years. Jeff now holds
the title of Managing Partner at the new Metro Diner in Augusta. Jeff and his
wife Beth are involved with ministry work in Harrisburg where they moved a
couple of years ago and serve at St Luke UMC. They have 3 grown children Zack,
Alex and Hannah who they are both very proud of.
Jeff has never danced but is dancing in honor of his father who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's over 2 years ago.
