Greg and Timika Thrasher are proud to be participating in this year’s Memory Ball. The Thrashers, owners of Thrasher’s Cleaning Service, believe in family and giving back to the community through volunteering and supporting local small businesses and endeavors.
Timika was born in the Bronx and moved to Frederick in 1993. She graduated from Walkersville High School. Greg is a life-long resident of Frederick and graduate of Thomas Johnson High School, where he played baseball and basketball. (We aren’t sure if dancing is one of his athletic talents.) In addition to helping Timika operates Thrasher’s Cleaning Service, Greg has been employed by Potomac Edison for 26 years. Timika and Greg have three children and two grandchildren.
They haven’t personally been affected by Alzheimer’s, but feel it’s important to help raise money for research, treatment and a cure.
