Ken Covers has been at the center of the action in Atlanta’s bustling Intown real estate market for many years. He is the leading Residential Adviser for the ultra luxury real estate brand, Engel & Volkers Intown office, Ken is the top producing advisor for the company for the state of Georgia specializing in the Morningside neighborhood.

Consistently, Ken's yearly numbers rank him right up there at the very top for dollar volume. Often referred to as the Agent’s Agent, Ken has a keen eye for the details and great instincts. This is what separates him from the pack. Recently named by Real Estate Executive Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Georgia for 2016, he has also been Agent of the Year for the last 10 years in a row of his career.

Ken's list of clients include a real Who's Who of movers and shakers whom he assists and advises as they purchase and sell some of Intown Atlanta's Very Best & Stylish Homes.

Ken lives in a modern home in Morningside that he shares with his partner, Chip Cheatham, and Doberman, Stella. He is one of five sons, all born within seven years, he is also a twin. His parents, Ed & Joan Covers, have been married 58 years. Their entire family has been managing and coping with Mom's diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease for seven years now. Watching the effects of this disease challenge his mother is what has inspired Ken to get involved.

His goal is to bring as much attention to the Alzheimer's Association and this disease as Ken possibly can. Ken has always liked to dance, but has never had a lesson or any formal training. He plans on working and training his tail off with the help and guidance of his Dance partner, Morgon Hendrix. He looks forward to bringing his very best to the dance floor and promises you will be entertained.. But,, Ken needs your help and support Big Time.. Every dollar counts! Corporations: please consider becoming a Sponsor for this outstanding action and fun-filled event. Ken says, “I am dancing for my Mom. Mom, this is for you...”

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.

I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.

Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
