The Alzheimer's Association is the Official Charity of the Tire Rack One Lap of America

The Brock Yates Tribute Fund through the Alzheimer's Association was created in 2013 to raise money and awareness of this fatal disease. Currently suffering from this disease, Brock dedicated his life to all the car enthusiasts around the country. He was the long term Editor of Car and Driver and was the mastermind behind the Cannonball Sea-To-Shining Sea Memorial Trophy Dash and One Lap of America. He has touched so many of us in different ways. By supporting this Tribute Fund, we can honor this special man for all that he has given to us.

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. The funds we raise will go directly toward supporting their mission.

Please show your support by donating any amount you can give to our online fund. Thank you for joining us in making a difference.

With many fond memories; especially the times you would bring your Saab into my shop and we would sit and chat awhile.

Brock Yates helped me get my first published piece in the old AutoAficionado in 2006.
As I, too, have lost a close family membergr to a long fight with Alzheimer's, I am aware of the enormity of loss he must have seen coming as he entered this battle.
Brock, I'll never forget your kindness and the gift of your time! You are a gift to the country and automotive fans everywhere.
