Every 67 seconds, someone in our country is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. This year, to draw attention to this fact, each of John Clark's rides will be 67km (41 miles) long.
If you would like to join John Clark on one of his rides this August, please go to his website www.rideforalzheimers.com or contact him directly at ride4alzheimers@aol.com.
He would LOVE to have some company on any of his rides! You can view a list of the ride dates and locations below.

John Clark and the Alzheimer's Association will continue to work together to a acheive a "world without Alzheimer's." John began riding in aide of the Alzheimer's Association in 1999. He conceived of this unique project to honor the memory of his beloved mother, Ruth Vivian Clark, who passed away from Alzheimer's in 2004. Next year, in 2015, John will be "shifting his gears" by taking on a new role - that of mentoring new cyclists who will continue to support this tradition. Each cyclist will commit to ride 67km (41 miles) during the summer of 2015 anywhere in our state.
