More Information

Welcome to Alzheimer’s Association’s Blondes vs. Brunettes®, where two teams of women - divided to reflect the age-old rivalry between blondes and brunettes - compete in a flag football game to help raise awareness and funds in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.

Our passion and hard work will take us from practice to the playing field, but our success will rely upon the support of our friends and families and upon all of those willing to donate to this important cause. Together, we can tackle Alzheimer’s

What an incredible day! The sun was shining as the players hit the field for our Inaugural BvB Flag Football Fundraiser and what a nail-biting game it was! The blondes prevailed and beat the brunettes 18-12, but a great time was had by all.

Thank you to all our sponsors, volunteers, players, Mayor Bramson for doing the coin toss, and all the fans who came out for the game. A very special thanks to everyone at New Rochelle High School, including Steve Young, Coach Lou DiRienzo, Vera Cheek, the Black Culture Club, the Christian Club, the Mentoring Club, the Brain Health Club, the cheerleaders, the football players and everyone else who helped make this wonderful event possible!

We can't wait to see you all on the field next year!!
