Congratulations!

Champion's Club
All individuals who fundraise $500 or more by Tuesday, June 18th will join the Champion's Club! Club members will receive a Walk to End Alzheimer's medal and well as other benefits. Every donation counts! Donations will be accepted online or can be mailed to Alzheimer's Association, Attn: SEKS Walk, 3846 W. 75th Street, Prairie Village, KS  66208.
