This is my 11th year walking to END ALZ.
This year I continue to walk in memory of my mom, but I'm walking honoring and supporting my sister Ruth who is now fighting the battle herself. I'm also walking for all who are fighting now and in the future. Now more than ever we need to find something to help all those who are living daily with Alzheimer's Disease.
Some diseases just need to be wiped out of existence this is one of them, there is no remission for ALZ, and at this point, it just gets worse and worse over time, NOW is the time to kick its butt!
Since 2014 Laura's Girls & Friends have raised over $190,000.00, we couldn't have done this without you. I know these funds have gone to good use and soon we will have the answer we are all looking for. The end to ALZ! Until then, we will continue to support the caregivers, the researchers, the advocates, and most of all the people living with ALZ.
