As an Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® Team Captain, the end of Alzheimer’s starts with me — but my wife, Carolyn, and I can’t take on this disease alone. Will you join us in the fight by walking with us? As a team, we can be an unstoppable force against the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death.
Our mothers, Edna Kenny and Florentine Wittman, suffered for years with this disease. We're walking to help reclaim the future for millions of others. By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, we are committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Carolyn and I need your support to do our part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
The Robson Ranch Walk to End Alzheimer's® is Saturday, November 16, 2019 -- an easy 3-mile loop around the Ranch.
Registration is easy; simply visit our Walk to End Alzheimer’s participant page and join the Wittman Team. If you’re unable to participate on November 16, please consider making a donation to our fundraising campaign.
Visit our page: http://act.alz.org/goto/WittmanTeam and make a donation today. Every dollar advances the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
