Dear Family and Friends:\
This year marks the 20th year we will be walking as Chester's Cheetahs in the 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer's in memory of our Dad, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Uncle and Friend, Chester Cieslak. Last year Chester's Cheetahs raised $5,565, making our total raised thus far to almost $81,000. Thank you.
This past May I, along with my brother and 2 sisters, again participated in our 6th round of Alzheimer's testing for the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer's Prevention (WRAP) program at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. We have been in the program for 15 years.
Alzheimer's Disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States. Every 65 seconds someone in the United States develops Alzheimer's disease. One in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Do you know someone who has been impacted. We need your help to find a cure for this devastating disease.
Chester's Cheetahs would again like to set our goal at $4,000. We want to do our part in fighting this fatal disease - we can't do it without your continued help. We hope you will consider donating again this year or making a first-time pledge to help find a cure for Alzheimer's. We will be happy to accept any contribution - large or small. Contributions are tax deductible.
Please go to the individual's participation page to make a donation to a certain Walker.
Thank you for support our efforts. We're on the MOVE to end Alzheimer's!
