Double your Gift with Employer Matching

Did you know that many companies will match donations given by their employees? Imagine the impact you could make by doubling your fundraising total!

Here are a few tips on how to grow fundraising and double your impact with matching gifts:

  • If you work for a companyfind out if they will match donations to the Alzheimer's Association, then ask your colleagues to donate and nudge them to request the match. Be sure to enter the Walk as "Pacific Northwest" to have the match credited to your team page.

  • Ask your donors if their company has a matching gift program. If they're not sure, they can look it up and learn how to request the match.

  • Thank your donors and their companies (and tag them) on social media — it will make them feel great about their gift, and inspire others to give!

Make your fundraising go twice as far to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Thank you!
