Terri's Walk Donation Page
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk on April 29 to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
For my dad, Gunther Petersen, my grandmother, Lillian Busitzky, and all those that suffer silently. My walk is in support of all the patients, care givers, and supporters who people don't understand and suffer silently. They need our support and most importantly need our help to end Alzheimer's. It's hard to see a love one forget their loved ones. It's even harder to see others not understand what the family and Alzheimer's patient is going through. My goal to raise this year is $500.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
