March Fundraising Challenge:

 In honor of Pack Your Lunch Day, we want to highlight #6 on the list of ways to love your brain - fuel up right! Eat a healthy and balanced diet that is lower in fat and higher in vegetables and fruit to help reduce the risk of cognitive decline.

The challenge: The top 5 participants to raise the most money by March 31, 2018 will win an Alzheimer’s Association branded lunch bag. The award winners will be announced on Monday, April 2, 2018.

4 Challenge Coaching Tips:

  1. Pack your lunch for a week and self-donate $35, which is equal to a $7 lunch out for 5 days.  
  2. Send an email from your participant center asking contacts to donate $35, or a week’s worth of lunches out, to your team.
  3. Share your story and post a link to your fundraising page on Facebook or Twitter.
  4. Offer end-of-the-week treats to co-workers who join you in bringing lunch.
