Event Day Volunteers Needed on Saturday, October 13

Volunteer opportunities are available for individuals and groups who are interested in helping at the event.  Volunteers are needed for route set-up and monitoring, registration, T-shirt distribution, greeting, promise flower pick up, cheer stations, roaming advocacy registration, Programs & Services, and entertainment.  You can sign up to volunteer by logging on to the Humboldt Walk to End Alzheimer’s website at: http://act.alz.org/humboldt2018;  emailing Kim Coelho at:  kcoelho@alz.org or by calling 296-9060.

 

MEMORY WALL

Bring pictures of your loved ones for our memory wall (5 X 7 or smaller).  Email pictures you need printed to:  kcoelho@alz.org by Friday, October 12.

 

UPDATE ON DOGS AT THE WALK

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the walk, but must be on a leash at all times.  The first part of the event will be held in the Adorni Center.  Dogs are only allowed in the Adorni Center if they are service dogs.
