Jacki's Walk Donation Page
Alzheimer's is no longer just your grandparent's disease. It is affecting many people in their 50s and younger. Charlie first developed symptoms at age 55. We are walking because he is denied participation in research or clinical studies. First it was because he was diagnosed with appendiceal cancer just before being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. After five years cancer free, at age 63, he can no longer answer questions on the cognitive tests. We would like research to focus on why young people are now afflicted with the disease, stop the progression, and end Alzheimer's.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
