Julia's Walk Donation Page
October 27th is right around the corner and I am very excited to be participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. My mission is to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and educational resources on behalf of our beautiful mother and friend, Naomi Ceballos.
In 2005, I lost my dear mother-in-law, Opal Williams, who passed from Alzheimer's. She was a respectable and dignified woman who suffered from this disease for over 4 years. In 2016, my mom was diagnosed with early stages of Dementia and Parkinson's. She is a true fighter on a journey that we are all sharing with her. She will not be alone.
This post is not only in support of my mom but for all those who have lost someone, knows of a neighbor, friend or family member who is experiencing this same disease. Your contribution will make a difference, whether you donate $5 or $500.
Thank you so much for all who have shared my story on social media and those who have donated to advance the care, support and research efforts to this disease.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
