Join the 2017 St. Cloud Walk to End Alzheimer's as a donor, participant, team captain, or sponsor. With your help, we can reach our goal of 1,075 walkers and $171,000. Need help registering, recruiting team members, or fundraising? Feel free to call us at 320.257.0699 or email stcloudwalk@alz.org. 

Consider volunteering for the St. Cloud Walk to End Alzheimer's. We are seeking volunteers to help with planning, promotion, set up, walk-day activities and many other volunteer opportunities. PRE-WALK CHECK-IN

September 12th | 3 - 7 pm | 600 25th Ave. S, Suite # 201 | St. Cloud 

ATTENTION TEAM CAPTAINS:  Have you or your team members reached your fundraising goals for a T-shirt, Champions Club medal or incentive prize? Come to our Pre-Walk Check-in and avoid the lines on Walk day! Drop off your donations and pickup your supplies at our office. If this time does not work for you, call us at 320-257-0699 or email stcloudwalk@alz.org to make an appointment to pickup your supplies at your convienence. In order for us to serve you better, please have donations totaled and forms filled out clearly for each individual donation. THANK YOU!


 

ART SPARKS! 

Session One: Thursdays from Sept. 14 - Oct. 12 | 10am to noon | Paramount Center for the Arts | St. Cloud

Art Sparks! is a program designed to meet the needs of those living with memory loss who are still living in their homes with their care partners. Funded by CentraCare Foundation, the project will provide four 5-week courses during the coming year led by trained local teaching-artists in the Paramount Visual Arts Studios. The first course begins on September 14th from 10am - noon. Each two-hour class includes time to look at art, socialize and make art. Registration is limited for each five-week session so register early! A small fee of $10 covers all five sessions for both participants. ROCK FOR ALZHEIMER'S

Saturday, September 23 | 1-8:00 pm | Bad Habit Brewery | St. Joseph

Rock for Alzheimer's is an outdoor, family-friendly event taking place immediately following the St. Cloud Walk. The annual fundraiser is held by the family of Bobby Vee in memory of all those who suffer from Alzheimer's. Entertainment provided by Slip Twister, Collective Unconscious, Walter’s Wheelhouse and The Killer Vees, along with great food, and of course, that fabulous Bad Habit beer. Added this year is a Kid's Rock Stage - a place for young musicians to shine. Proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association MN-ND and to the Bobby & Karen Vee Scholarship for Youth Arts & Music in Central MN. Free will donations accepted at the event.
