Karen's Walk Donation Page
I lost my mom Edie Stevenson to Alzheimer's five years ago, after a 15-year struggle with the disease. On September 10, I'll be participating in the Alzheimer's Association's San Francisco Walk to End Alzheimer's, in memory of my mother and her care partner Gordon Price. The Alzheimer's Walk is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease.
Under the National Alzheimer's Plan, our goal is to find a disease-limiting therapy or cure for Alzheimer's by 2025. That's only eight years away and we have a lot of work to do!
Please support our efforts by making a donation to my Walk Team. Your contribution will be used to advance research into ways to treat, prevent and, ultimately, cure Alzheimer's. Together, we can reclaim the future for millions of affected Americans.
The time to END ALZHEIMER'S is NOW. Thank you!
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
