In February of 2014, we learned that our wife, mother, aunt, sister-in-law, neighbor, and wonderful friend Debbie was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia. For all of us who know Debbie, we know that she is a light in darkness, joy in sadness, and hope in desperation. It is cruel and unjust that this disease has now entered her life and ours, however, we are determined to put our energy to good use. As many of us know, treatment solutions and funding are being outpaced by diagnosis. We can't allow this to go on without a fight...
Please join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you.
