Thank you for walking with us this year! The Walk itself may be over, but we're still fighting Alzheimer's disease every day! The funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's help to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

To thank you for your efforts, we invite you to participate in our National Incentive Program. Participants who individually fundraise $300 or more by November 30th are eligible. You will receive an email from our vendor with information on how to redeem your prize. If you do not receive your redeemption code or if you have any questions about this program, please call our office at 320-257-0699.

All donations and walks sites are open & count towards the 2016 Walk season through December 31st. Please consider holding post Walk fundraising events so that we can meet goal! Email the info to us at mgriebler@alz.org and we'll post it here.

Additional donations can be mailed to us at the Alzheimer's Association, 600 25th Ave. S., Suite #201, St. Cloud, MN 56301. Please include walk location, walker and/or team name.
