Thank you for walking with us this year

The Walk itself may be over, but we're still fighting Alzheimer's disease every day! The funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's help to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

We invite you to participate in our National Incentive Program. Participants who individually fundraise $300 or more by October 31st are eligible. When your fundraising dollars have been tallied, you will receive an email with information about your incentive level and how to redeem your prize. Please note: The deadline to redeem prizes this year is December 5.

All donations and walks sites are open & count towards the 2016 Walk season through December 31st. Please consider holding post Walk fundraising events so that we can meet goal! Email the info to us at mgriebler@alz.org and we'll post it here!

Dorp off donations at our office or mail to us at 600 25th Ave. S., Suite #201, St. Cloud, MN 56301. Remember to make checks payable to Alzheimer's Association and include the walker and/or team name. If you have any questions, please call us at 320-259-0699.
