Fly Your Flag Together to fight Alzheimer’s! Register a team of at least five members (including yourself) and raise a minimum of $500 by May 31st and your team will receive a personalized branded flag to carry on Walk day!

Here’s how it works:

Register as a team captain if you have not done so already
Recruit and sign up at least four (4) team members
Raise $500 or more as a team by midnight, May 31.
Receive a personalized team branded flag to carry with you on Walk day!

FAQ’s
What if I registered as a team captain and have more than four others registered already?
Congratulations - you’re halfway there! When your team raises $500, your team will receive the personalized team branded flag.

What if my team has also already exceeded the $500 needed?
Congratulations! Your Walk Manager will let you know when the flag arrives to coordinate a time to pick up.

Do all donations to my team count toward the $500 requirement?
Absolutely! And the more team members you have who fundraise, the more incentives you will receive! When each team member raises or donates $100, they also each qualify for the official 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s T-shirt.

How long will it take to receive the branded flag?
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the end of the promotion on May 31, 2024, for production and shipping. Your Walk Manager will coordinate a time with you to pick up your team branded flag. Once received, we encourage teams to display the flag at your place of business, organization, or care community to help promote the Walk and encourage others to join your team.
