🚶♀️💜 The Walk itself may be over, but our fight isn’t! 💜🚶♂️We have until December 31 to hit our goal, and every dollar raised helps support Illinois residents and their caregivers affected by Alzheimer's.
December Incentive
🎁 Raise $75 – Receive a 2025 Chicago Walk to End Alzheimer’s calendar!
🎁 Raise $125 – Get a cozy Walk sweatshirt to stay warm and stylish this winter!
Every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission to advance research, provide care and support, and reduce the risk of dementia. Together, we can create a world without Alzheimer’s.
T-Shirts and Champion Swag will all be mailed directly to participants minus the Champions medal. Please note there will be no shirts available for pick up on walk day. If you raised $100 before August 21, you will receive your shirt the week of the Walk. If you raise $100 after August 21, you will receive your t-shirt on a rolling basis starting a few weeks after Walk week. Champions medals can be picked up in the Champions Tent along with getting your photo taken. If you are not attending Walk we will ship your medal to you after Walk day.
Become a Grand Champion (raise $1,000) and earn a free parking pass on Walk day. Due to last minute changes at Soldier Field, passes were shipped on September 17 and should arrive before Saturday. Any issues or questions please reach out to Mary DeMars, mcdemars@alz.org.
Become a Champion (raise $500) and pick up your medal in the Champions Club tent on Walk day. Can't attend the Walk event? No worries! We will be happy to drop off your medal or ship your medal to you if you don't live in the Chicagoland area.
Fundraising deadline to earn t-shirt, champion swag and incentive items. Check out your participant center for fundraising tips and tricks and the incentives that you can earn.

The land on which the Walk to End Alzheimer's - Chicago will take place on includes the traditional homelands of the Ho-Chunk, Otoe, Missouria, Iowas, Menominee, Meskwaki, Sauk, Miami, Wea, Piankashaw, Kickapoo, and Illini Confederacy Nations as well as the Concil of the Three Fires: Potawatomi, Ojibwe, and Odawa Nations. By acknowledging the land, we recognize that it holds significance for its original stewards: the Native Nations and peoples of the region. We acknowledge the ground on which our Walk to End Alzheimer's will take place on so that all who work and partner with us know that we recognize our responsibilities to the peoples of that land and that we strive to address that history so that it guides our work in the present and the future. The Alzheimer's Association recognizes the importance of remembering which is why we remember and honor the original stewards of the lands we Walk to End Alzheimer's on. If you believe a Nation is missing from this list, please contact Amelia Garza, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, at amgarza@alz.org.
