Let’s RAISE funds and awareness to fight Alzheimer’s! Register a team of at least five members and raise a minimum of $500 by June 14th (Flag Day) and your team will receive a personalized team flag to carry on Walk day!

FAQ’s
What if I registered as a team captain and have more than four others registered already?
Congratulations - you’re halfway there! When your team raises $500, your team will receive the personalized flag.
What if my team has also already exceeded the $500 needed?
Congratulations! Your Walk Manager will let you know when it arrives to coordinate a time to pick up your personalized flag.
Do all donations to my team count toward the $500 requirement?
Absolutely! And the more team members you have who fundraise, the more incentives you will receive! When each team member raises or donates $100, they also each qualify for the official 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s T-shirt.
How long will it take to receive the flag?
Please allow 4 weeks from the end of the promotion on June 14, 2024, for production and shipping. Your Walk Manager will coordinate with you a time to pick up your personalized flag. Once received, we encourage teams to display the flag at your place of business, organization, or care community to help promote the Walk and encourage others to join your team.
When do the 2024 Official Walk T-shirts get shipped to team members who raised $100 or more?
The first list of qualifying individuals will be pulled 30 days before Walk day Saturday, October 19th and shipped in plenty of time for everyone to receive their shirt to wear at the event while carrying your personalized team flag!
What are the details of the flag? The customized flag is 3'x5' Double Sided Polyester Flag. We do not include a pole with this promotion, this is just the customized flag itself.
