Our Team Story
As many of you may or may not know, I am on the Board of the Northeastern New York Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. On June 21, I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
I am hosting a fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association in my Great Aunt Sue Fallo's name, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year, at Spare Time in Clifton Park on June 21st, from 6-8pm. The cost to attend is forty dollars per person, which includes bowling(with shoes), pizza, wings, soft drinks, and laser tag. All of the proceeds from the event will go directly to the Alzheimer's Association. If you are unable to attend please consider donating on my page (http://act.alz.org/site/TR?fr_id=10935&pg=personal&px=11092485).
Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
