Our Team Story
Join our team for The Longest Day, a day that’s all about love for those affected by Alzheimer's disease. Alice Louise Jones Morrow, more affectionately known by a list of other names, such as Gigi, Mother, and AL, just to name a few, was called home on February 18, 2018.
Before her passing, we watched as the person that lived a selfless life slipped away from us due to the progression of her Alzheimer's and dementia. One of the things that she loved to do in her spare time was to play board games, dominoes, do puzzles, and complete the daily Wonder Word from the newspaper. Our goal is to raise money in her honor to further the research in hopes of helping others.
We ask you to join our cause by playing games in her memory either with us or where you live. She would have loved the time spent with loved ones playing some of her favorite games: dominoes, Scrabble, and Rummikub. And in true Alice fashion, please make sure you knock when your turn is over. This was ALWAYS a must when we played with her.
