is participating to honor:
her grandmother and hero
with my team
On June 21, I'm participating in tennis, a sport that I love to honor those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. I am honoring my grandmother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2009.
Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Join me for an evening of fun tennis and fellowship to honor my grandmother and hero. As she continues her fight everyday against Alz, I will do all that I can to champion for her and so many others. Thank you!
