Jason was born and raised in Columbus. He attended Brookstone School and spent his early years playing and watching most all sports - tennis, baseball, basketball, golf, football and most anything else (with the exception of dance). He played college tennis and graduated from Birmingham-Southern in 2000. After college, he lived in Birmingham for several more years before moving back home in 2004 to raise a family and continue his career as a CPA at Robinson, Grimes & Company.
Jason is married to Whitney, and they have 3 children - Caroline(14), Sarah(11) and Jack(8). Jason now enjoys watching his children participate in their many activities and playing golf in his spare time. His dance experience is limited - you may have gotten a quick glimpse of him in the 2012 Junior League Follies directed in part by his wife, Whitney, but that was only because she made him.
The fact that so many people have been affected by Alzheimer's and its effects has encouraged Jason to participate in the Dancing Stars of Columbus and raise money for this worthy cause. If for no other reason than he's getting way outside his comfort zone, Jason deserves your vote. So, start voting and donating for a great cause!
