"I was born and raised in Chattanooga, but I have worked in Dalton since 2008 at Dalton Animal Care. Two years ago, I rejoined the Dalton Animal Care family as a veterinarian after attending Berry College and University of Tennessee’s veterinary school. Through the doors of the clinic, I have been blessed with so many meaningful friendships and new opportunities. In response to all this community has given me, I am grateful for the chance to start giving back.
I have witnessed family members and friends struggle with the detrimental effects of Alzheimer’s in a loved one. The devastation of this disease is far reaching, but organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association are working to bring hope to victims of this disease. The Alzheimer’s Association is not only funding thousands of research projects to help cure this disease, but it is also providing continual support and resources to those currently suffering.
I pray that the efforts of all those involved in this event would lead to more healing, comfort and peace for those affected daily by this tragic disease. I hope we can be part of God's healing hand in this world through the funds raised through our dances! It is an honor to ask you to partner with me in fueling their efforts.
Please vote for me, attend our event, and donate generously with the hope of a world without Alzheimer’s!"
